Out of Network Insurance Coverage
If you have out of network benefits with your insurance provider, they may cover a portion or all of your cash pay sessions. Contact the number on your insurance card and check with your insurance if you are eligible for out of network service reimbursement.
If you are covered for out of network services (OON), I will be happy to provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Sliding Scale
I do offer a sliding scale if my full fee exceeds a certain percentage of your income. I want therapy to be as accessible as possible for you, so feel free to ask about the sliding scale fee when you reach out!
HSA and FSA
You are also able to pay for mental health services using a health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA).
