Antonio Siciliano

Hi! My name is Antonio Siciliano, a clinical social worker practicing in the state of Michigan.

If you have experienced a big change in your life, chances are you are in a bit of a bind for how to address it. What’s important is learning about yourself and how you react to best prepare yourself for your future. Taking that first step to learn more about yourself is a challenging feat, especially if you have never done it before. We all have moments when we need to reach out for help. You are probably trying to piece together who I or another therapist might be like if you reach out.

What kind of person are they? What will they think of me? Will they be able to help me? It feels scary to think about putting yourself out there for somebody else, a stranger at that. I am here to tell you that those feelings are perfectly normal and part of the process!

I remember my first step for wellness as if it were yesterday. The strong feelings of overwhelm looking into a virtual black hole of providers and trying to pick somebody, the anxiety of making that first call, and finally just taking a breath and dialing the number.

These are all things to this day I will never forget.


But am I glad I did it! My hope is that you read this and see that the process of therapy is powerful and can help anybody that truly works at it. When you experience a significant change in your life, therapy will help you learn how to navigate it as well as prepare you for navigating other changes in your future.

Learning about myself has been an incredible journey–so much so that I now want to help you learn about yourself so that you can once again take control of your life’s story.
