Out of Network Insurance Coverage

Currently, I do NOT work with any insurance companies due to the barriers of treatment that often follow with their coverage.

Insurance may, however, cover a portion of your online teletherapy sessions through a superbill that I can provide you at the end of our sessions.

If you have out of network benefits with your insurance provider, they may cover a portion or all of your cash pay sessions. Contact the number on your insurance card and check with your insurance if you are eligible for out of network service reimbursement.

Cash Rates

*No Shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to the fee of the scheduled session length (excluding emergencies or sudden illness)

HSA and FSA

You are also able to pay for mental health services using a health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA). Rates for HSA and FSA are charged according to the cash pay rates listed in the above table.

Mental health treatment is extremely important and I understand that it can be very expensive out of pocket. If it is not financially feasible to work with me at this time I am committed to help you find mental health services that best align with your therapeutic and financial needs completely for free.
